PKI Group completed a commercial kitchen equipment installation project for Hard Rock Cafe in Aventura, Florida, involving both custom stainless steel modification and the handling of heavy commercial cooking equipment.
At the restaurant, our team removed the end section of an existing counter with a sink and installed a new unit featuring a built-in ice cream drop-in. The modification included on-site welding and professional polishing to achieve a precise and seamless finish.
As part of the same project, another PKI Group crew coordinated the transportation and positioning of a 1,000-pound commercial wok cooker through the Aventura Mall parking garage. Managing both tasks demonstrated our ability to coordinate specialized installation and equipment handling while maintaining efficiency and attention to detail.
