PKI Group completed a commercial kitchen upgrade for Columbia Restaurant in Tampa, Florida, focused on improving kitchen workflow, organization, and employee efficiency. The project included the installation of custom stainless steel countertops and shelving designed to make better use of the available workspace.
To meet the project timeline, two PKI Group installation crews worked on-site to complete the installation in a single day. The custom stainless steel components were transported from our headquarters in Tamarac, Florida, and installed according to the kitchen floor plans and structural requirements.
Our team also performed on-site measurements before installation to ensure a precise fit around existing kitchen equipment, including the conveyor dishwasher. The countertops were welded into an L-shaped configuration, while additional tables and ceiling-mounted shelving were securely installed using stainless steel tubing. All welds were polished for a clean, seamless finish.
The completed project delivered a more functional and efficient kitchen environment while maintaining the precision and professional finish expected from PKI Group.
