PKI Group completed a complex custom welding modification project for a restaurant in Miami, Florida. The project involved lowering a 33-foot chef counter shelf by six inches while preserving the existing electrical connections and surrounding components.
Our team carefully supported and lifted the double chef counter using more than six jacks before cutting and removing sections of stainless steel legs and tubing. The structure was then repositioned, reassembled, and secured using precision cutting and tack welding techniques, with careful attention to the integrity of the existing electrical systems.
The project required detailed planning, specialized welding skills, and precise on-site execution. PKI Group completed the modification while maintaining the functionality and structural integrity of the equipment, demonstrating our ability to handle complex stainless steel modifications in active commercial kitchen environments.
