Client: Baha Mar Resort
Service: Commercial Kitchen Installation
Business: Hotel / Resort
Location: Nassau, Bahamas
PKI Group was commissioned to install custom sneeze guards in the upscale buffet area at Baha Mar Resort in Nassau, Bahamas. The installation was designed to provide a protective barrier for the food service area while maintaining clear visibility and a clean, modern presentation.
The project required careful coordination with the existing kitchen infrastructure. Our team disconnected and reconnected refrigeration, plumbing, and electrical components as needed while disassembling and reassembling sections of the existing counters to accommodate the new sneeze guards.
Once the installation was complete, our team conducted a detailed final inspection to ensure the finished setup met the project specifications and applicable restaurant health and safety requirements. The result was a functional and professionally integrated buffet installation that supported both food safety and the overall guest experience.
