Project: Commercial Kitchen Installation
Once again, The PKI Group was called on to complete a high priority job that presented some special challenges with a hospital kitchen that was starting an expansion and remodel. The entire kitchen had to be deconstructed with extra delicate care to ensure nothing was damaged. This entailed stainless steel cutting, disconnecting of all the electrical, and bringing over 100 pieces of equipment through an area where the walls and floor were already finished and could not have any damage at all. The most difficult challenge was to remove all the granite stone tops that were throughout the kitchen with extreme ease and care and follow a process of handling that kept all the pieces safe from damage throughout the deconstruction.
